海尔福口服液保护砷中毒小鼠肝脏的病理学观察

目的 观察海尔福口服液对砷中毒小鼠肝脏组织学的影响。方法 以健康小鼠为实验动物，随机分为中毒组(1)、海尔福治疗组(2)、亚硒酸钠治疗组(3)、正常对照组(4)。用亚砷酸钠染毒，海尔福口服液和亚硒酸钠(NaSeO2)为药物进行治疗，连续30d。实验结束时取血测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)；处死动物，取肝脏组织，作病理检查。结果 (2)(3)(4)组ALT低于(1)组；治疗组肝脏损害明显轻于中毒组。结论 海尔福口服液能减轻砷及其化合物对小鼠肝脏的损伤作用。

Pathological study the protection of Haierfu on the liver in mice with arsenic poisoning

Objective Study the protection of Haierfu on liver in mice with Arsenic poisoning. Methods Healthy mice were randomly divided into four groups,namely the poisoning group,the Haierfu trected group, the NaSeO 2 treated group and the normal control group.The mice were injected with Sodium arsenite.Then they were given Haierfu oral liquid and NaSeO 2,respectively,30 days continuously Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and GSH were determined in mice serum after the animals were sacrificed.Getting liver from mice for pathological examination. Results The ALT in the Haierfu treated group, NaSeO 2 treated group and normal group are lower than that in the poisoning group.Damage of liver in the Haierfu treated group and the NaSeO 2 treated group are lighter than that in the poisoning group. Conclusions The results prove that Haierfu can obviously lighten the damage of liver in mice with Arsenic poisoning.
