穴位贴敷疗法改善晚期非小细胞肺癌脾虚痰湿型咳嗽症状的疗效观察

目的观察穴位贴敷改善晚期非小细胞肺癌脾虚痰湿型咳嗽症状的临床疗效。方法将87例晚期非小细胞肺癌脾虚痰湿型咳嗽患者随机分为2组。治疗组44例予穴位贴敷治疗,对照组43例予复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗。2组均治疗1周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后咳嗽症状积分、视觉模拟评分情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.9%,对照组总有效率83.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后夜间咳嗽症状积分、视觉模拟评分改善优于对照组,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后夜间咳嗽症状积分及视觉模拟评分均有下降,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组治疗前后各积分变化无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论穴位贴敷可改善晚期非小细胞肺癌脾虚痰湿型咳嗽症状。

Clinical observation of acupoint application therapy on improving cough symptom of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with spleen-deficiency and phlegm stagnation type

Objective To observe the effects of acupoint application therapy on improving cough symptom of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with spleen-deficiency and phlegm stagnation type.Methods 87 cough patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=44) was treated by acupoint application therapy.The control group (n=43) was treated by compound methoxyphenamine capsules.The curative effects were evaluated after treatment 1 week.The cough symptom scores and VAS scores before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between treatment group (90.9%) and control group (83.7%, P<0.05), and the clinical efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The improvement of the scores of cough at night and VAS after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group,and compared with before treatment had statistical differences(P<0.05).The cough symptom scores at night and VAS scores after treatment reduced in treatment group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference on the cough symptom scores and VAS scores between before and after treatment in control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application therapy can improve cough symptom of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with spleen-deficiency and phlegm stagnation type.
