背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗感染后咳嗽的临床研究

目的观察背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将140例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为2组,治疗组70例予背部特定腧穴(定喘、肺俞、肺底)拔罐治疗,对照组70例(后脱落1例)予盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗,5 d为1个疗程,共治疗1~2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后咳嗽、咽痒、咽干、咯痰的中医证候评分变化,比较2组起效时间、痊愈时间及治疗总有效率;治疗结束6个月,统计呼吸道疾病发作次数。结果治疗组总有效率94.3%,高于对照组(85.5%,P0.05)。2组治疗后各项中医证候评分及总积分均降低(P0.01),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组治疗起效时间、痊愈时间均短于对照组(P0.01)。治疗组治疗结束6个月内呼吸道疾病发作次数明显少于对照组(P0.01)。结论背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗感染后咳嗽能有效改善症状,缩短疗程,提高临床疗效,值得进一步推广。

Clinical study of cupping in back specific acupoints on cough after infection

Objective To observe the clinical effects of cupping in back specific acupoints on the treatment of cough after infection.Methods 140 patients with cough after infection were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=70) was treated by cupping in back specific acupoints (Dingchuan, Feishu, Feidi), and the control group (n=70, but 1 case was dropped after treatment) was treated by ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution.A treatment course was 5 d for one to two courses.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score of cough, pharyngeal itching, dry throat and expectoration before and after treatment were observed in two groups.The onset time, recovery time and the total effective rate were compared in two groups, and the attack frequency of respiratory diseases after treatment 6 months was observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment (94.3%) was higher than that in control group (85.5%, P<0.05).Every item score and total scores of TCM syndrome after treatment were decreased in two groups (P<0.01), and which in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The onset time and recovery time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.01).The attack frequency of respiratory diseases after treatment 6 months in treatment group was less than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Cupping in back specific acupoints can effectively improve the symptoms on treatment of cough after infection, shorten the treatment course, improve clinical efficacy, worthy of further promotion.
