| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶提取物舒血宁注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效性和安全性。方法96例病人随机分为2组，治疗组56例在常规西医治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液，对照组40例单纯采用西医常规治疗。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），其血液流变学指标对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the efficacy and safety of shuxuening injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods 96 ACI cases were divided randomly into 2 groups ,56 cases were treated with combination routine western medicine combined with Shuxuening injection as treatment group, and 40 cases were administered with routine western medicine alone as control group. Results The neurofunction deficit score（NFD） in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The changes of hemorrheology parameters were significiantly different in the treatment group compared with those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening injection is effective and safe in the treatment of ACI. |
