Abstract:
Objective:To study the value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign/malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:60 patients with suspected benign/malignant thyroid nodules were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.All patients were examined by high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound.Taking the postoperative pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy,diagnostic efficacy,hemodynamic indexes of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and the characteristics of ultrasonic images were compared.Results:In the high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound group,the diagnostic accuracy was 91.67%(55/60),the sensitivity was 95.12%(39/41),the specificity was 84.21%(16/19),the positive predictive value was 92.86%(39/42),and the negative predictive value was 88.89%(16/18).The RI and PSV indexes of benign nodules were lower than those of malignant nodules,and the EDV indexes were higher than those of malignant nodules.The microcalcification,internal low echo,irregular boundary and lymph node metastasis in malignant nodules group were higher than those in benign nodules group,and the peripheral no echo was lower than that in benign nodules group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign/malignant thyroid nodules has a high diagnostic accuracy,which can provide a favorable reference for the clinical evaluation of patients’condition.
