风险管理在血液透析机管理中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:探讨在血液透析机的管理中应用风险管理的有效性。方法:以2018年1月~2019年12月作为研究时间段,将2018年1月~2018年12月设置为参照组,实施常规管理方法;将2019年1月~2019年12月设置为实验组,实施风险管理方法。以本院20台血透机作为研究样本,分析经管理后两组血液透析机的故障发生率、临床相关指标(风险理论知识、风险防范操作、风险事件发生、满意度评分)。结果:两组血透机的工作总时长一致;实验组血透机平均停机时间明显短于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组血透机的故障发生率、风险事件发生率明显低于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理人员的风险理论知识、风险防范操作、护理满意度评分相比于参照组更高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析机的管理中实施风险管理可减少仪器的停机时间与故障发生率,对延长设备寿命,保证设备仪器安全运行具有一定的作用,临床应用效果较为显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of applying risk management in the management of hemodialysis machines.Methods:Use January 2018 to December 2019 as the research time period,set January 2018 to December 2018 as the reference group,and implement routine management methods;set January 2019 to December 2019 as the experimental group,implement risk management methods.Using 20 hemodialysis machines in our hospital as research samples,the failure rate and clinical related indicators(risk theoretical knowledge,risk prevention operations,risk event occurrence,satisfaction scores)of the two groups of hemodialysis machines after management were analyzed.Results:The total working hours of the two groups of hemodialysis machines were the same;the average downtime of the hemodialysis machines in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the failure rate and risk event rate of the hemodialysis machine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff in the experimental group had higher risk theory knowledge,risk prevention operations,and nursing satisfaction scores than the reference group,and the differences between them were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk management in the management of hemodialysis machine can reduce the downtime and failure rate of the instrument,which has a certain effect on extending the life of the equipment and ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and equipment.
