口腔科常用医疗器械清洗消毒的效果研究

目的：探究持续质量改进措施在口腔科常用医疗器械清洗消毒中的效果。方法：将本院口腔科所有常用医疗器械列入本次研究，随机选择500件常用医疗器材，2020年1月～2020年12月进行清洗质量改进研究为实施后，且选择2019年1月～2019年12月未进行持续质量改进为实施前。此次研究中包含科室清洗人员的专业性培训、清洗人员标准操作清洗器械，最后是科室器械清洗人员平时工作压力，从这三方面进行评分评定。实验结束之后从实施前和实施后进行评分。结果：经过统计评分后可以发现医院口腔科科室实施前医疗器械的清洗消毒质量合格率为92.54%，医院口腔科科室实施后医疗器械的清洗消毒质量为98.87%(P<0.05)；此外，科室实施前临床口腔科医师的满意度评分为（81.64±5.35）分，而科室实施后临床口腔科医师的满意度为（95.32±7.69）分。在科室实施前工作人员的工作压力指数为（9.43±3.43）分，而科室实施后的工作人员工作压力指数为（5.58±2.47）分（P<0.05）。结论：优秀的医院口腔科科室消毒清洗可以大大增加医疗器械的清洗消毒质量，通过此次研究后可以在全国各大医院口腔科实施...

Study on the Effect of Cleaning and Disinfection of Common Medical Devices in the Department of Stomatology

Objective:Explore the effect of continuous quality improvement measures in the cleaning and disinfection of medical devices commonly used in the department of stomatology.Methods:All commonly used medical devices in the stomatology department of our hospital were included in this study,random select 500 commonly used medical equipment,after implementing the cleaning quality improvement study from January 2020 to December 2020,and choose from January 2019 to December 2019,continuous quality improvement is not before implementation.This study included the professional training of the department cleaning personnel,cleaning personnel standard operation of cleaning equipment,finally,the department equipment cleaning personnel usually working pressure,rcore from these three aspects.They were scored from before and after implementation after the experiment.Results:After statistical score,it can be found that the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection before the stomatology department of the hospital was 92.54%,the quality of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices after the stomatology department of the hospital was 98.87%,(P<0.05);besides,the satisfaction score of clinical stomatology practitioners before the department implementation was(81.64±5.35),the satisfaction of the clinical stomatology doctors after the implementation of the department was(95.32±7.69)score.The working pressure index of the staff before the implementation of the department is(9.43±3.43)points,the working pressure index of the staff after the implementation of the department is(5.58±2.47)points,(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can be seen that the disinfection and cleaning of the excellent hospital stomatology department can greatly increase the cleaning and disinfection quality of medical devices,after passing this study,it can be implemented in the stomatology departments of major hospitals across the country,have good results.
