Clinical Effect of Applying Cesarean Section Forceps to Solve the Difficulty of Head Delivery in Re Cesarean Section

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect,application skills,and precautions of applying cesarean forceps in re-cesarean section to solve the difficulty of delivery head.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,80 puerperae who underwent repeat cesarean section in our hospital and had difficulty in delivery of the head were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,one group was 40 patients.The group was set as the study group,and a group of 40 patients was set as the control group.All patients in the study group were given cesarean section forceps to solve the problem of difficult head delivery in repeat cesarean section,and all patients in the control group were given manual method to solve the problem of difficult head delivery in repeated cesarean section.The surgical conditions and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The performance of the study group was better than that of the control group in terms of fetal delivery time,neonatal Apgar score,neonatal asphyxia rate,neonatal intracranial hemorrhage rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the fetal delivery time in the study group was(120.3±22.5)minutes,and the neonatal Apgar score was(8.7±2.3)points,while the fetal delivery time in the control group was(135.8±26.1)minutes,and the neonatal Apgar score was(6.2±2.1)points.In terms of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,only 1 neonatal asphyxia occurred in the study group,and there was no neonatal intracranial hemorrhage case,and the asphyxia rate was 2.5%.6 cases had neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,the bleeding rate was 15.0%,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.In terms of maternal outcomes,there were no uterine incision tears in the study group,while 6 cases in the control group had uterine incision tears.It proved that forceps had good safety and practicability,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Giving cesarean forceps to puerperae during repeat cesarean section to solve the difficulty of delivery head can effectively improve the success rate and safety of delivery,reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes after delivery.
