Abstract:
Objective To analyze the role of conventional ultrasound and real-time tissue elastography in the diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis.Methods 40 patients with plasma cell mastitis treated in our hospital were selected as the main body of the study.The study began in June 2019 and completed in June 2021.All patients underwent routine ultrasound and real-time tissue elastography.The ultrasonic classification of plasma cell mastitis,the breast imaging report and data analysis system classification of plasma cell mastitis patients,the elastic score of plasma cell mastitis patients and the detection of plasma cell mastitis patients were analyzed.Results The detection rates of solid hypoechoic mass,cystic solid mass and mammary duct dilatation were 35.00%,45.00%and 20.00%respectively.In 14 patients with solid hypoechoic mass,the breast imaging report and data analysis system showed that the detection rates of class III,classⅣA,classⅣB,classⅣC and classⅤwere 17.50%,5.00%,2.50%,2.50%and 7.50%respectively;The elastic imaging showed blue and green.The elastic score indicated that the detection rates of 2 points,3 points and 4 points were 12.50%,15.00%and 7.50%respectively.In 18 patients with cystic solid mass,the breast imaging report and data analysis system showed that the detection rates of class II,class III,classⅣA and classⅣB were 5.00%,27.50%,7.50%and 5.00%respectively;The elastic image was mainly green or alternating blue and green.The elastic score indicates that the detection rates of 2 points,3 points and 4 points were 35.00%,7.50%and 2.50%respectively.In 8 patients with breast duct dilatation,the breast imaging report and data analysis system class II,the elastic imaging map was completely covered with green or mainly green,and the detection rates of 1 point and 2 points were 7.50%and 12.50%respectively.In 40 patients with plasma cell mastitis,the detection rates of class II,class III,class IV and class V were 25.00%,45.00%,22.50%and 7.50%respectively.In 40 patients with plasma cell mastitis,the detection rates of 1 point,2 points,3 points and 4 points were 7.50%,60.00%,22.50%and 10.00%respectively.Conclusion Routine ultrasound and real-time tissue elastography in patients with plasma cell mastitis can significantly improve the detection rate of benign breast lesions,reduce unnecessary puncture biopsy,reduce the pain of patients,and play a certain intervention role.
