扬州市早产儿血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶以及维生素D水平状况分析

目的探索不同出生孕周、体重和出生季节的早产儿其血清钙(calcium,Ca),磷(phosphorus,P),碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)以及维生素D(vitamin D,VD)水平的情况。方法选取扬州市妇幼保健院新生儿科2018年6月-2019年7月出生的早产儿共计488例作为研究对象,依据早产儿出生孕周,将婴儿分为27~<32周组、32~<35周组及35~<37周组;据出生体重,将新生儿分为极低出生体重组(<1500 g),低出生体重组(1500 g~<2500 g)以及正常出生体重组(2500 g~<4000 g);依据出生时间,将出生季节分为冬春组(冬季和春季)和夏秋组(夏季和秋季)。比较各分组早产儿之间血清Ca、P、ALP以及VD水平的差异。结果早产儿血清Ca、P、ALP状况与出生孕周、出生体重和出生季节之间的关联存在统计学意义,与血清VD水平之间的关联无统计学意义。结论早产儿血清Ca、P以及ALP水平与婴儿的孕周、体重以及出生季节相关。因此,需尽早对早产儿血清Ca、P以及ALP水平状况进行监测,提早干预。

Analysis of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and vitamin D levels of premature infants in Yangzhou City

Objective To explore the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and vitamin D of premature infants with different gestational weeks,weights and born in different seasons.Method A total of 488 premature infants were collected as objects between June 2018 and July 2019 from Neonatology department in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.According to the gestational age at birth,premature infants were separated as 27-<32 weeks group,32-<35 weeks group and 35-<37 weeks group.According to the birth weight,they were separated as very low birth weight group,low birth weight group,nomal birth weight group.According to the birth season,they were separated as winter and spring group,summer and autumn group.The levels of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and vitamin D of different groups were compared.Result The levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase of premature infants were associated with the gestational age at birth,birth weight and birth season.However,the levels of vitamin D of premature infants were not associated with the gestational age at birth,birth weight and birth season.Conclusion The levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase of premature infants were associated with the gestational age at birth,birth weight and birth season.It is necessary to monitor the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase of premature infants to provide early intervention.
