Cox线性Logistic模型在新生儿窒息原因回顾性分析中的应用

目的:探讨新生儿窒息发生的主要原因及交互作用。方法:应用Cox线性Logistic回归模型对产科临床导致新生儿窒息的17种危险因素及其交互作用做了定量的危险度分析。结果:早产、胎心异常、产程延长、脐带绕颈等12种因素为主要危险因素;对有产前出血史、中度以上妊娠高血压症、臀位或横位产妇施用不恰当的分娩方式,将提高新生儿的窒息的危险性。结论:对于有此类症状的产妇施用恰当的分娩方式将改善围产儿的预后,降低新生儿窒息的发生率。

Quantitative analysis and mathematics model of factors of neonatal asphyxia the application of Cox Logistic model

Objective: To discuss the main causes and their inter-reactions of neonatal asphyxia. Method: quantitative analysis was made of the 17 risk factors and their interaction, which lead to neonatal asphyxia in obstetrical clinic, by using Cox linear Logistic regression model. Results: There are 12 main risk factors such as prompt premature birth, abnormity of fetal heart, prolongation of birth process and cord around neck. The danger of neonatal asphyxia increased if improper methods of delivery were adopted to lying-in women with prenatal hemorrhage, moderate or high-degree pregnancy hypertension, breech presentation or transverse lie. Conclusion: For the lying-in women above-mentioned, the proper methods or patterns of delivery used may improve the prognosis of the babies and reduce the incidences of the asphyxia neonatal
