肾衰颗粒对慢性肾功能不全患者血液流变学的影响及疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察肾衰颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者临床疗效及对血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血液流变学的影响。方法60例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,予优质低蛋白、低磷饮食,忌植物蛋白,纠正水及电解质平衡、酸中毒等;在此基础上,对照组予包醛氧淀粉,治疗组予肾衰颗粒口服。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率60%,治疗组能明显改善患者的临床症状。此外,治疗组患者血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白及血液流变学均较对照组有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论肾衰颗粒对血液流变学的调节作用可能是其治疗CRF的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenshuai Pellet on chronic renal failure patient and its influence on hemoglobin, blood plasma albumin and blood rheology. Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. On the basis of high quality low-protein low-phosphorus diet, envies the vegetable protein, correction water and electrolyte balance, the acidosis and so on, the control group was treated with Oxyamyli tectus Aldehydum, the treatment group was given Shenshuai Pellet orally. Results Total effectiveness of treatment group and control group was 90% and 60% respectively. The clinical symptoms of treatment group were obviously improved. In addition, the hemoglobin, blood plasma albumin and the blood rheology of treatment group were significantly improved compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenshuai Pellet has good effect on chronic renal failure. Its regulating action on blood rheology may be one of the mechanisms.
