| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍生物制剂在类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)中的应用及其最新研究进展。方法:根据近年来的相关文献和指南进行综述,对生物制剂在治疗RA中的作用机制、临床疗效和安全性等方面进行综述。结果和结论:生物制剂是一类安全、有效的药物,在控制风湿病情和改善生活质量方面发挥了重要作用,具有良好的临床应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the applications and the latest developments of biologicalagents in the treatment of rheumatoid arthrities （ RA ） . Methods： Mechanisms of action, as well asclinical efficacy and safety of biological agents are discussed with respect to the current literatures andguidelines. Results and Conclusion： Biological agents as a kind of safe and effective medicines play animportant role in the control of rheumatic conditions and the improvement of quality of life in IRA patients,indicating that biological agents may have a good prospect of clinical application. |
