| 摘 要： | 目的:观察地塞米松治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法:将我院86例患儿随机分为2组,激素组44例和对照组42例均给予抗病毒药物和抗菌药物进行常规治疗,激素组加用地塞米松0.3～0.5mg·kg-1,静脉滴注,观察2组患儿的退热时间及不良反应。结果:激素组患儿体温比对照组下降得快,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但不良反应激素组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),病程延长。结论:在儿童急性上呼吸道感染中,使用地塞米松虽可有效缩短体温下降时间,但不良反应增加,弊大于利,临床应谨慎使用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the pluses and minuses of dexamethasone in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection of pediatric patients. METHODS: Eighty-six pediatric patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups: 44 pediatric patients in hormone group and 42 pediatric patients in control group, and 2 groups applied the antiviral and antibacterial drugs to relieved symptoms, there was significant difference (P<0.05).
