摘    要:
①目的了解长期心理应激对大鼠体内微量元素锌和铜含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。②方法将26只成年雄性大鼠随机分为2组:心理应激组(n=16)和正常对照组(n=10),对心理应激组动物施以8周的心理应激刺激,正常对照组不给予心理应激刺激,检测各组大鼠血清及组织中的锌铜水平、SOD活性及MDA的含量。③结果心理应激组大鼠血清及心、肝、肺、肾等主要脏器的锌水平显著低于正常对照组(t=2.187~2.862,P〈0.05、0.01),血清、肝、肺铜的水平显著低于正常对照组(t=2.110~2.814,P〈0.05、0.01);心理应激组血清及主要脏器SOD的活性显著低于正常对照组(t=2.126~2.885,P〈0.05、0.01),而MDA的含量则显著高于正常对照组(t=2.257~3.129,P〈0.05、0.01)。④结论长期心理应激可显著地增强机体脂质过氧化反应,使体内自由基的生成增多,而机体清除自由基的能力则显著下降。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of long-term psychological stress on Zn,Cu content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in rats. Methods Twenty-six rats were randomly divided into two groups: psychological stress group(PS) and normal control group(NC).The samples of blood,heart,liver,lung and kidney of the rats were collected after eight-week psychological stress.Zn and Cu contents were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.SOD activity and MDA content were measured by colorimetric method. Results Compared with the animals in NC group,the differences were significant as follows: Zn contents in blood and organic samples from PS group animals decreased(t=2.187-(2.862);P<0.05,0.01),Cu contents in serum,liver and lung decreased(t=2.110-2.814;P<0.05,0.01);SOD activity values also decreased in PS group(t=2.126-2.885;P<0.05,0.01),and MDA content increased in PS group(t=2.257-3.129;P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion The wide spread physiological changes in the rats are induced by long-term psychological stress,involving the Zn,Cu contents,SOD activity and lipid peroxidation.
