| 摘 要： | 目的：观察抗感染喷剂对SD大鼠软组织切线伤模型肉芽组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）、转化生长因子β1（TGF—β1）的影响，探讨抗感染喷剂在创伤修复中的作用。方法：30只大鼠随机分为空白组、湿润烫伤膏对照组（对照组）和抗感染喷剂治疗组（治疗组）。造模后空白组用生理盐水喷洒创面，对照组用湿润烫伤膏涂抹创面，治疗组用抗感染喷剂喷洒创面。应用免疫组化法测定SD大鼠软组织切线伤模型肉芽组织中bFGF、TGF—β1含量的变化。结果：治疗组及对照组肉芽组织中bFGF、TGF—β1水平高于空白组（P〈0．01，P〈O．05）。结论：抗感染喷剂能明显提高bFGF、TGF—β1水平，有促进创伤修复的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Kangganran spray on the expressions of bFGF and TGF- β1 in granulation of skin wound model rats.Method：30 SD rats were randomly divided into Kangganran spray group,Meibao scald paste group and blank group.The expressions of bFGF and TGF- β1 of granulation tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result：Compared with the blank group,the expressions of bFGF and TGF-β1 of granulation tissue were significantly increased in Kangganran spray group and Meibao scald paste group.Conclusion ：Kangganran spray can increase expressions of bFGF and TGF-β1and promote the healing of wound. |
