胰腺癌的超声诊断价值

目的探讨超声对胰腺癌的诊断价值及困扰超声检出早期胰腺癌的原因。方法对经手术及活检穿刺病理证实的52例胰腺癌的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果52例胰腺癌，超声诊断与病理诊断的符合率84．6％(44／52)，胰腺癌早期得到诊治病例较少，所占比率7．7％(4／52)。结论超声对中晚期胰腺癌的诊断有很高的临床价值，对早期胰腺癌的诊断有一定难度，主要受患就诊时间早晚、肿瘤生长位置、胃肠道气体干扰、患体格肥胖、仪器分辨率及超声医生经验等多种因素制约，早期病例检出率有待进一步提高。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in pancreatic carcinoma and to investigate the reasons to puzzle the early diagnosis of the carcinoma. Methods A total of 52 patients with pancreatic carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 52 patients, the accurate diagnostic rate of ultrasound was 84. 6% (44/52). The detection rate of early cases was still low (7. 7% , 4/52). Conclusions Ultrasonography possesses high clinical value in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma in the middle or late stage, but it is difficult to diagnose pancreatic carcinoma in the early stage. The major reasons to puzzle the early diagnosis were the patient examination time, the site of the tumor, interference from air in the stomach, fat, the quality of instruments and the experience of doctors, etc. The detection rate of early cases needs to be further improved.
