| 摘 要： | 肿瘤患者循环DNA不仅在数量上明显高于健康人, 而且还可以出现与肿瘤DNA相同的性质改变。肿瘤循环DNA的特征性变化在肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效评价以及肿瘤随访观察等方面有一定临床意义。本文就循环DNA的来源、释放机制、基因修饰变异、水平变化、完整性, 以及循环DNA的研究方法和局限性等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Not only the levels of cirgulating DNA in patients suffer from tumor is higher than healthy, but circulating DNA has changes in gene structure.The characteristic changes of circulating DNA in oncology have clinical significance in early diagnosis of tumor, curative effect evaluation and follow-up of cancer.The article is reviewed about the source and releasing mechanism of circulating DNA, genetically modified variation, level change, circulating DNA integrity, the research Methods and limitation of circulating DNA. |
