湿法粉碎制备四物汤汤剂中阿魏酸含量的研究

摘    要:目的比较湿法粉碎、传统方法及煎药机煎煮制备的四物汤汤剂中阿魏酸含量的差异。方法采用Inertsil ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-1g.L-1磷酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相,柱温30℃,检测波长:316nm。结果采用湿法粉碎制备的四物汤汤剂中阿魏酸的含量高于传统方法及煎药机煎煮的汤剂。结论湿法粉碎制备汤剂,方便快速,提取液有效成分含量高,作为中药汤剂一种新的制备方法值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To compare the ferulic acid content of Siwu Decoction using the shattering extraction and traditional decoction method.Methods The ferulic acid was analyzed on an Inertsil ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),by using acetonitrile-1 g·L-1 phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phases;the column temperature was 30 ℃;the detection wavelength was at 316 nm.Results The content of ferulic acid in decoction using the shattering extraction was much higher than the traditional method of decocting and boiling machine decoction.Conclusion Wet preparation method,as a new method for preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,deserves further study.
