| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折的术后康复护理方法。方法:对26例应用交锁髓内钉治疗的股骨、胫骨骨折患者术后做好心理护理,加强病情观察,早期进行功能锻炼。结果:本组平均愈合时间3~4个月,随访5~12个月,骨折均愈合良好。结论:交锁髓内钉是治疗下肢骨折的较好的内固定材料,配合有效护理,可提高手术成功率,促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore postoperative nursing care of patients with fracture of long bone in the lower limbs fixed with cross-lock intramedullary nail.Methods: The comprehensive nursing care such as meticulous care,close observation and dirigation was adopted to 26 patients with femoral and tibia fracture fixed with cross-lock intramedullary nail.Results: The average time of hospitalization was 3 to 4 months,union was found better through 5 to 12 months follow-up.Conclusion: Cross-lock intramedullary nail was ideal fixation nail in the treatment of fracture in the lower limbs and effective nursing care can increase the rate of success of operation and promote patient's rehabilitation. |
