抗精神病药物与阴性症状的关系双盲对照研究

目的：为了探讨抗精神病药物对精神分裂症衰退期阴性症状的影响。方法：从我院320例住院精神病患者中，抽取病历资料完整的35例男女患者（男25例、女10例），随机分为停药组、服药组．采用随机分层，盲式对照，定量观察的方法，对两组患者在实验前后进行两次SANS评定，并进行双盲对照观察。结果：两组间一般性资料比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；实验前两组SANS总分比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；两组实验后SANS总分比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；停、服药组实验前后SANS总分自身对照差异无显著件（P〉0．05）；停药组实验前后SANS各分量表间比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：精神分裂症衰退期的阴性症状与抗精神病药物必然的内在联系性不明显；尤其对长期住院的慢性衰退患者更是如此。

Double blind study of the contact between antipsychotic and the negative symptoms of the deteriorated schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the effect of antipsychotic in the negative symptoms of the deteriorated schizophrenia.Methods:35 patients(male 25,female 10) owing intact data from 320 inpatients of our hospital were randomly divided into therapeutic group and controlled group and tested with SNAS at the time before and after treatment.Results: The general data were compared(P>0.05);At the beginning of the study the total score of SANS of two groups were compared(P>0.05);After the study the total score of SNAS of two groups were compared(P>0.05);The total score of SANS of two groups were compared independently between before study and after study(p>0.05);The factor score of SANS of controlled group were compared before study and after study(P>0.05).Conclusions: There is no significant contact between antipsychotic and the negative symptoms of deteriorated schizophrenia,especially those chronic deteriorated longtimers.
