| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的方法并评价其疗效。方法2008年1月～2011年3月，我科应用锁定钢板手术治疗20例桡骨远端C型骨折患者，其中右侧15例，左侧5例，术后根据Sarmiento腕关节功能标准进行评定。结果优12例，良4例，可2例，优良率达到90．0％。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折是一种有效的方法。

Locking plate fixation for the treatment of distal radius C type fractures |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the locking plate for the treatment of distal radius method of C type fractures and evaluate the therapy effect. Methods From January 2008 to March 2011, 20 patients with type C distal radius fractures, of which 15 cases on the right side, left side in 5 cases, were treated with locking plate, according to the Sarmiento to assess wrist function. Results 12 eases were superior, 4 cases were good, 2 cases less good. Fine rate is 90.0%. Conclusion Locking plate for the treatment of distal radius c type fracture is a kind of effective method. |
