复方藤芷膏联合喜辽妥对恶性肿瘤化疗患者静脉炎及hs-CRP、IL-6水平的影响

目的探究复方藤芷膏联合喜辽妥预防恶性肿瘤化疗患者静脉炎及对hs-CRP、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2019年11月收治的80例行外周静脉输入化疗法治疗恶性肿瘤的患者,按随机数字表法,设定对照组40例应用喜辽妥外敷。观察组40例,在对照组基础上加用复方藤芷膏。2组疗程均为2周,疗程结束后评估2组静脉炎发生情况,分析治疗后不良反应发生率,比较治疗前后VAS评分及血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平变化。结果与对照组比,观察组静脉炎总发生率为20.00%远低于对照组的55.00%(P<0.05),观察组静脉炎Ⅰ～Ⅳ级比例均低于对照组,0级比例80.00%高于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均升高,且观察组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);疗程结束后,2组患者VAS评分较治疗前均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组静脉曲张、化脓、灼热、红肿、疼痛等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方藤芷膏联合喜辽妥可有效预防恶性肿瘤化疗患者静脉炎,降低...

Effect of Compound Tengzhi Mixture Plaster Combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in Patients with Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy and Its Effect on hs-CRP and IL-6 Levels

To explore the effect of compound Tengzhi mixture plaster combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy and its effect on hs-CRP and IL-6 levels.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,80 patients treated with peripheral vein infusion chemotherapy for malignant tumors treated in our hospital were selected.The random number table method was used to set up 40 patients in the control group to be treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and observation group of 40 cases to be treated with compound Tengzhi mixture plaster combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After treatment,the incidence and grade of phlebitis were evaluated in the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared with changes in VAS scores and serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 20.00%,which was much lower than 55.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of gradesⅠtoⅣin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and 80.00%of the grade 0 ratio was higher than 45.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups increased after treatment,and the levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group are lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups are lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as varicose veins,suppuration,burning,swelling,and pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Tengzhi mixture plaster combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream can effectively prevent phlebitis in patients with chemotherapy for malignant tumors,reduce serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is beneficial to the health of patients.
