中药封包技术对帕米尔高原地区膝骨关节炎患者生存质量的影响

目的观察中药封包治疗帕米尔高原膝骨关节炎患者的疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法将73例患者按照简单随机原则分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用布洛芬口服加日常生活指导,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药封包技术。以WOMAC评分及"骨痹"的评价标准对患者进行疗效评估,并以SF-36量表对患者治疗前后的健康相关生存质量进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率、WOMAC评分、SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包技术在高原地区值得临床推广和进一步研究。

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Package on the Quality of Life of Patient with Knee Osteoarthritis in Pamirs

Objective To observe the clinical effect and evaluate the quality of life in treating knee osteoarthritis in Pamirs with traditional Chinese medicine package.Methods 73 cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with ibuprofen oral and daily life instruction,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of the control group.Respectively using the TCM syndrome diagnostic efficacy of standard in the"bone bi-disease"efficacy standards and WOMAC scale as a curative effects criterion,and taking"health survey summary scale"(SF-36 scale),the health related quality of life of patients before and after treatment was evaluated.Results According to the TCM syndrome diagnostic efficacy of standard in the"bone bi-disease"efficacy standards,and the two groups conducted WOMAC score after treatment the observation group scored was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The index PF,RE,SF,MH,RP,VT,BP,GH in the observation group’s grade was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine package can not only reduce knee pain and discomfort symptoms,but also can improve the joint activity and physical function,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and further study of its mechanism in Pamirs.
