血栓通联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血临床观察

目的探讨血栓通联合生蒲黄汤加减治疗眼底出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年9月治疗的60例眼底出血患者,根据就诊顺序编号后采取随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用血栓通治疗,研究组患者采用血栓通联合生蒲黄汤加减治疗,对比2组患者临床治疗效果,视力提高程度与不良反应。结果研究组与对照组患者总有效率分别为86.67%与56.67%,研究组总有效率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,研究组患者视力提高程度明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.33%与10.00%,对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论血栓通联合生蒲黄汤加减治疗眼底出血能提高患者的临床治疗效果,且不良反应较低,安全有效。

Observation on Xueshuantong Combined with Shengpuhuang Decoction in the Treatment of Fundus Hemorrhage

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Xueshuantong combined with Shengpuhuang decoction on the treatment of ocular fundus hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with fundus hemorrhage treated in our hospital from Jan.2018 to September 2019 are the subjects of the study.They were divided into control group and study group according to the number of visits by random digital table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xueshuantong,and the study group was treated with Xueshuantong combined Shengpuhuang decoction.The clinical effect,the degree of improvement of vision and the adverse reaction were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 86.67%and 56.67%,respectively.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group was 13.33%and 10.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with Shengpuhuang decoction can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with fundus hemorrhage,has less adverse reactions,and is safe and effective.
