| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)是脊柱骨折中的常见类型,以胸腰椎压缩性骨折为主要表现,其治疗形式包括保守治疗与手术治疗。本文针对诊断明确的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗方法查询相关国内外文献,以了解国内外骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗动态,尤其是非手术疗法的治疗动态。文献表明过伸悬吊复位结合椎体成形术值得推广。

| Abstract: | Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)is a common type of spine fracture.The main manifestation of OVCF is thoracolumbar compression fracture.The treatment of OVCF includes non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment.To study the trend of treating OVCF worldwide,especially non-surgical treatment,relevant references were studied.Thoes literatures show that hyperextension suspension traction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty is worth popularizing. |
