CT引导下经皮肺穿刺367例临床分析

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺在肺部周围病灶中定性诊断的作用。方法回顾分析367例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺临床资料。结果 367例患者中良性病灶172例（肺炎155例,肺结核17例）,恶性病灶186例（鳞癌86例,腺癌71例,小细胞癌11例,低-未分化癌15例,大细胞癌2例,转移癌1例）,异性细胞9例。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺是一种准确度高,安全有效的获得组织学的好方法。

Clinical analysis of percutaneous lung puncture in 367 cases by CT-guided

Objective To evaluate the function of the CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture in the qualitative diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions.Methods To diagnosis the causes and treatment of complications based on the review and analysis of 367 cases of CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture clinical data.Results There were 172 cases with benign lesions in 367 patients（155 cases with pneumonia,17 cases with tuberculosis）,and there were 186 cases with malignant lesions（86 cases with squamous cell carcinoma,71 cases with adenocarcinoma,11 cases with small cell carcinoma,15 cases with low-undifferentiated carcinoma,2 cases with large cell carcinoma,1 case with metastatic carcinoma）,heterogeneous cells in 9 cases.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture is an accurate,safe and effective access to the histological diagnosis.
