摘    要:
目的制备参芪生血颗粒并进行质量标准研究。方法采用正交试验法对影响提取分离的关键因素进行考察,并参照《中国药典》2010年版进行质量研究。结果以挥发油得量为主要考核指标,确立最优提取工艺为:药材以10倍量水蒸馏4 h。在水提工艺中,以黄芪甲苷含量为主要考察指标确立最佳提取工艺为:药物残渣加10倍水,提取3次,每次时间为1.5 h。结论该制备参芪生血颗粒的工艺可行,质量符合要求。

Abstract:
Objective To prepare Shenqi Shengxue Granules and evaluate its quality. Methods The orthogonal ex- periment was used to screen the key factors affecting the extraction and separation. The quality was investigated according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010. Results With volatile oil quantity as the main evaluation indexes,the optimal extraction conditions were : 10 times water for stilling four hours. In the water extraction process, with astragalus membranaceus methyl glucoside content as the main investigation indexes, the optimal extraction technology were:the drug residue with 10 times water, extracted three times, each time for 1.5 hours. Conclusion The preparation technology of Shenqi Shengxne Granules was feasible,and the quality conformed to the requirements.
