郑氏经穴腹部按摩预防骨折卧床病人功能性便秘的护理体会

目的：探讨郑氏经穴腹部按摩预防骨折卧床病人功能性便秘的效果.方法：观察对象均来自我院骨伤科住院病人,随机分为试验组郑氏经穴腹部按摩配合常规护理组,予以郑氏经穴腹部按摩配合常规护理;对照组A骨折卧床病人常规护理组,予以常规护理;对照组B予以常规腹部按摩配合常规护理.比较三组患者治疗、护理后排便情况,病人满意度,不良反应等.结果：试验组的排便情况,病人满意度,不良反应等有统计学差异.结论：郑氏经穴腹部按摩预防骨折卧床病人功能性便秘是有效的,其疗效优于常规按摩.

Objective ：To investigate the effect of preventing the functional constipation for the fracture in bed with abdominal massage in Zheng＇s aeupoints. Methods： To observe the orthopaedics inpatientsv of our hospital, which were randomly divided into three groups： lreatment group with Zheng＇s acupoints abdominal massage combined with conventional care; the control group A with routine nursing care; control group B with conventional abdominal massage combined with routine nursing care. And then Compared with treatment, care after defecation, patient satisfaction, adverse reaction in the three groups of patients. Results： There was significant difference in defecation, patient satisfaction, adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion： It was valid to prevent functional constipation of ambulatory fracture patients with Zheng＇ s acupoints abdominal massage, and its effect was better than that of conventional massage.
