摘    要:将牛脑匀浆用水和生理盐水2次提取后经柱层析纯化,分离出神经肽FF。采用神经肽FF和吗啡合用的方法作跳台。结果:试验神经肽FF能阻止小鼠对吗啡的成瘾作用,其抑制成瘾率达80%。单独使用神经肽FF还可增加小鼠体重0.5g/d以上。提示:牛神经肽FF可用于抑制吗啡类毒品成瘾和治疗吸毒戒断综合症。

Abstract:Neuropeptide FF was isolated by using the purification of column chromatographgy from the homogenized ox brain following the extractions of water and saline. The results showed that the isolated neuropentide FF prevented the addiction to morphine by mice when neuropeptide FF and morphine were used at the same bine. Its inhibiting rate of addiction was 80% in gangplank test. The increase of mouse weight was over 0. 5 g/d when neuropeptide FF was used. These results suggest that neuropeptide FF can be used to prevent the addiction to drugs like morphine and to treat drugs-withdrawal syndrome.
