| 摘 要： | 术后认知功能障碍是心脏手术常见的并发症,可严重影响患者的预后。其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前认为是由于手术、麻醉及其他多种影响因素联合作用产生的神经功能减退。手术的影响因素包括手术类型、体外循环、血液回收机等。麻醉的影响因素包括麻醉药物、麻醉深度等,和其他的相关影响因素如患者的年龄和炎性状态等。 |

| Abstract: | Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is the common complication of the cardiac surgery,which affects the prognosis of the patients.The pathogenesis of POCD remains unclear yet.Now,the POCD is thought as the neurological hypofunction which related to the surgery,anesthesia,and other affecting factors.The affecting factors in surgery include surgery types,extracorporeal circulation,and blood recycling,etc.The affecting factors in anesthesia include the selection of narcotic drugs and the depth of anesthes... |
