Abstract: | A case of a 32-year-old man is reported with complex partial seizures secondary to a right inferior temporal epileptic focus immediately overlying an abnormality of the temporomandibular joint, with a defect in the middle temporal fossa that allowed the mandibular condyle to contuse the temporal lobe. |
