| 摘 要： | 目的：分析结核病防治知识健康教育对学校结核病控制工作的影响,为更好地开展学校结核病健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法：在规定时间内对目标学校采取一系列结核病防治知识健康干预活动后,采用直接和间接评价指标,全面分析结核病防治知识,促进对学校结核病控制工作的干预效果。结果：结核病防治相关知识知晓率干预前为28．8％,干预后为97．8％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;与结核病相关行为正确率干预后均明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：在学校中开展结核病防治知识健康教育对提高中学生结核病相关知识的效果极为显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: Analyzing the effect of tuberculosis prevention knowledge health education on control school tuberculosis,in order to perform tuberculosis health promoting.Method: After taking a series of intervention of tuberculosis prevention knowledge and health education in some schools,we analyzed effect of tuberculosis prevention knowledge education health-promoting on controlling school tuberculosis wholly using direct and indirect evaluate standard.Result: TB-related knowledge about prevention and treatment interventions was 28.8 percent before,to 97.8 percent after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);the correct rate of TB-related acts of intervention have increased significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Performing tuberculosis prevention knowledge health education contribute to improving students' tuberculosis prevention knowledge. |
