二维斑点追踪显像评价冠心病患者支架置入术前后左房功能的变化

目的 应用二维斑点追踪显像(STI)技术评价冠心病患者冠状动脉支架置入术前后左房功能的动态变化.方法 应用STI技术测定27例冠心病患者冠状动脉支架置入术前、术后1周、1个月和3个月左房壁应变率曲线.分析冠心病患者左房功能的变化.结果 (1)与术前相比,术后1周左房平均峰值应变率无显著改变,术后1个月mSRs、mSRe均显著升高,mSRa显著降低(P<0.05),术后3个月变化更为显著(P<0.01).(2)与术前相比,术后1周左房射血功能无显著变化,术后1个月左房被动射血量增加,主动射血量减少(P<0.05),术后3个月变化显著(P<0.01).结论 STI技术可以定量评价冠心病患者支架置入术前、术后左房功能的动态变化.

Assessment of Left Atrial Function after Stent Implantationby Speckle Tracking Imaging in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To evaluate left atrial function after stent implantation by speckle tracking imaging(STI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods STI was performed on 27 patients with CHD before,1 week,1 and 3 months after stent implantation to evaluate left atrial function.Results (1)Compared with those of before stent implantation,left atrial mean peak value of strain rate had no changes significantly after 1 week of operation.The mSRs and mSRe were increased.The mSRa decreased 1 month after operation(P<0.05).3 months after operation those changes apparently appearred (P<0.01),while the mean peak strain rate showed no difference 1 week after operation.(2)Compared with those before stent implantation,left atrial ejection function showed no significant changes 1 week after operation.Left atrium passive ejection fraction(LAPEF) increased,but left atrium active ejection fraction(LAAEF) decreased 1 month after operation(P<0.05).3 months after operation those changes apparently appearred(P<0.01).Conclusions The improvement of left atrial function after stent implantation can be evaluated quantitatively by STI.
