复方玄驹胶囊联合体外短波热疗治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察复方玄驹胶囊联合体外短波热疗治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效.方法 110例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组采用体外短波热疗,治疗组在此基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊.观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后国际慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.73%,对照组总有效率为74.55%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P 〈 0.05);两组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前明显改善(P 〈 0.05或P 〈 0.01).结论复方玄驹胶囊联合体外短波热疗治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用.

Effect observation of compound xuanju capsule combined with short-wave hyperthermia in vitro in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of compound xuanju capsule combined with Short-wave hyper- thermia in vitro in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods All of 110 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group used the Short-wave hyperthermia in vitro, on the basis, the treat- ment group added the compound xuanju capsule, the clinical curative effect and the two groups before and after treat- ment of chronic international prostate inflammation shape index (NIH-CPSI) changes were observed. Results The treat- ment group total effective rate was 92.73%,while the control group total effective rate was 74.55%, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group(P 〈 0.05); After treatment, the NIH-CPSI score of twogroups were ob- viously improved than before treatment (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The compound xuanju capsule combined with short-wave hyperthermia in vitro in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is effective,it's worthy of clinic application.
