中西药结合治疗月经不调的临床效果

目的：探讨中西药结合治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法：月经不调患者60例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各30例，两组首先都应用西药治疗，主要包括口服黄体酮、克罗米芬等。在此基础上治疗组加用自拟中药汤辨证治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组为86．7％，治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前月经周期天数对比无明显差异，治疗后都有明显上升（P〈0．05），结论：月经不调因其高发病率，己成为妇科常见病，给妇女的身心健康带来巨大伤害，中西药结合治疗能提高治疗效果，增加月经周期天数，值得推广应用。

Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating irregular menstruation

Objective： To investigate the effects of integrative medicine on treating irregular menstruation. Method： 60 irregular menstruation patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, at first the two groups were given the treatment of modem medicine such as Progesterone, Clomiphene. The treatment group was added the herbal decoction in differentiation. Results： The total efficiency of treatment group was 100.0%, and 86.7% in control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） in the two groups. And there was no significant difference for menstrual cycle days in the two groups before treatment, but after treatment which had significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Irregular menstruation has a high incidence, it was a common gynecological diseases which brings a great harm to the physical and mental health of women, integrative medicine treated for irregular menstruation improved the therapeutic effect, increase the days of the menstrual cycle and should be widely applied.
