摘    要:血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)可由成纤维细胞、角朊细胞、血管内皮细胞和巨噬细胞等表达,在促进血管内皮细胞分裂与增殖、诱导血管生成、胚胎发育、创伤愈合、肿瘤生长与转移过程中起重要作用。类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)的发病机制和病理改变与VEGF密切相关,RA患者滑膜液中VEGF高表达,活动期滑膜液中VEGF的表达量要高于稳定期的表达量,阻断VEGF表达作为选择治疗RA的靶点有潜在意义。

Abstract:Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by the chronic and inflammatory damage of the small joints, along with the hyperplasia of synovial membrane and erosive damage of the bone. The current re- search on the specific pathological mechanisms and pathogenesis of RA is not yet completely clear. A variety of cy- tokines and protein kinases play an important role in the process of RA, of which, vascular endothelial growth factor, as the utmost inducer of angiogenesis, mediates the pathogenesis and pathological changes of RA, the further study on VEGF in RA will facilitate us to develop new drugs targeted the VEGF. This article intends to summarize the current research of VEGF in RA so as to supply theoretical basic for the clinical condition and development, exploring new clinical medicine.
