无痛胃肠镜诊治消化内科疾病86例临床分析

目的探讨无痛胃肠镜诊疗术在消化内科疾病中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2010年10月～2012年10月需进行胃肠镜操作诊疗的86例患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析，依据处理方式不同分为两组。每组43例。观察组采用无痛胃肠镜诊疗术，先行麻醉镇痛，然后再给予胃肠镜治疗；而对照组则直接进行胃肠道检查治疗，观察两组操作的时间长度、患者的出院时间以及不良反应的发生率，比较两组患者的临床疗效以及询问患者对操作过程的满意程度。结果两组操作时间无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但观察组患者的出院时间和不良反应的发生率均明显较对照组低，患者满意度较对照组高，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用无痛胃肠镜技术治疗消化内科疾病，不良反应发生率低，效果显著且患者满意度高，是一种安全舒适的诊疗方式，值得临床上推广使用。

Diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterology disease by painlessgastroscopy :An analysis of 86 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of painless gastroscopy clinics surgery inGastroenterology diseas. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 86 patients who needed gastroscopy operating clinics in our hospital from Octo- ber 2010 to October 2012. Divided them into two groups and 43 cases in each .The observation group used painless gastroscopy clinics surgery, first for narcotic analgesic, and then gave gastroscopy treatment. While the control group direct treated with the gastrointestinal tract. Observed the length of time and the incidence of the adverse reactions. Compared the clinical efficacy and asked patient＇s satisfaction. Results The two groups had no significant difference in the operation time（P 〉 0.05）.But the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group and got a high patient satisfaction. The differences had statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Use painless gastroscopy technology to treat Gastroenterology disease can get a low incidence of adverse reactions, a significant effect and a high degree of patient satisfaction which is worth to use in clinical practice.
