中西医结合治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床效果。方法：80例患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组静脉滴注头孢噻肟钠、氨茶碱、地塞米松,口服氨澳索片。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,予小青龙汤加减口服。结果：治疗组的有效率为92．5％,对照组的有效率为72．5％,两组之间有显著性差异。结论：中西医结合对慢性喘息型支气管炎具有良好的临床效果。

Clinical observation on treating chronic gasping bronchitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating chronic gasping bronchitis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The control group was intravenously injected with cefotaxime sodium, aminophylline and hexadecadrol and orally given ambroxol, while the treated group was orally given Xiaoqinglong decoction. Results： The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 92.5% and 72.5% respectively, with significant differences. Conclusion： The integrative medicine had significant effect on chronic gasping bronchitis.
