超声引导超抗原瘤区注射协同无水乙醇治疗肝癌后瘤区局部免疫应答

目的 研究无水乙醇治疗肝癌后瘤区连续注射超抗原生物制剂高聚生局部的免疫应答.方法 选取46例肝癌患者,均于无水乙醇注射治疗原位灭活后第3周、第4周和第7周瘤区局部注射高聚生,每次注射1600 U.比较注射高聚生前后治疗区CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD57^＋和CD68^＋浸润变化情况.结果 CD^3＋、CD^4＋、CD57^＋和CD68^＋局部浸润较注射高聚生前有明显增高（P＜0.01）,且持续至注射后第5周仍高于治疗前（P＜0.05）.结论 注射高聚生能够有效增强肝癌患者局部抗肿瘤细胞免疫,可能具有一定的抗肿瘤复发和降低肝癌复发率的作用.

Study of regional cell immune response on ultrasound guided superantigen injection with anhydrous ethanol injection therapy for liver carcinoma

Objective To study the local immune response of injecting highly agglutinative staphylococci(HAS) as superantigen into the tumor areas of liver cancer patients combining with percutaneous anhydrous ethanol injection therapy(PEIT) under ultrasound guided.Methods All patients were inactive focus by PEIT. Then HAS 1600 units were injected into the local tumor areas in the third , forth and seventh week.The infiltration of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD57~+ and CD68~+ of local treatment areas were compared before and after HAS injection. Results After local injection of HAS,the degree of infiltration of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD57~+ and CD68~+ increased prominently as compared with those of pre-HAS injection (P< 0.01 ). And they lasted to one month (P< 0.05 ). Conclusions The local cellular immunity of liver carcinoma can be improved effectively after HAS injection. It might repel tumor recrudescence and reduce the recrudescence rate of liver cancer.
