| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（ＭＰＰ）与机体免疫功能的关系。方法：采用ＡＰＡＡＰ法和免疫透射比浊法检测了４７例ＭＰＰ患儿外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白。结果：ＭＰＰ患儿ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ在急性期和恢复期均明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ８明显高于对组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而ＣＤ３、ＩｇＭ在急性期和恢复期与对照组比较均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＭＰＰ患儿急性期Ｔ细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白与恢复期比较均无显著差异。结论：提示ＭＰＰ患儿细胞及体液免疫功能处于明显低下状态，Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群功能失调；且ＭＰＰ患儿免疫功能恢复较慢；提高患儿机体免疫功能对ＭＰＰ的防治具有十分重要的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objetive To observe the relationship between immunologic function and MPP.Methods:T lymphocyte subsets and immune globulin of 43 MPP cdildren were assayed by APAAP and immune transmission turbidimetry.Results:CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,IgG and IgA were lower(P<0.01),while CD 8 higher(P>0.05),in the acute stage and convalescence of the patients than those of control group.Compared with the control group,no significant changes(P<0.05)were found in CD 3 and IgM during the acute stage and convalecence T lymphocyte subsets and immune globulin of MPP children were unchanged during the convalencence.Conclusion:Cellular and humoral immunity of the MPP children keeps lower and the function of T lymphocyte subsets was impaired,as a result,the recovery of immune function is delayed. |
