齐齐哈尔地区865例智力低下患儿的病因分析

目的 探讨齐齐哈尔地区儿童智力低下的发病原因.方法 选择就诊于我院及协作医院的智力低下的865例儿科患者进行病史问卷和染色体等项目检查.结果 发现产前、产时、产后的某些不利因素是儿童发生MR的主要原因,分别占52.0%、20.1%、26.7%.结论 为减少儿童智力低下的发生,应充分重视遗传咨询及母孕期卫生指导,加强婴幼儿保健工作,普及优生优育知识.

The Etiological Analysis of 865 Children with Mental Retardation in Qiqihaer

Objective To investigate the etiopathogenisis of children with mental retardataion (MR) in Qiqihaer.Methods The 865 patients with MR was collected in paediatrics department of our and cooperation hospital.We analyzed chromosomes and investigated case history,and so on.Results Some adverse factors of antepartum、intrapartum and post partum were the main causes of MR of children,accouting for 52.0%、20.1% and 26.7%,respectively.Conclusion To decrease the incidence of MR,we should pay more attention to genetic counseling and health instruction of pregnancy,and strengthen infant care and popularize knowledge of aristogenesis and brood.
