腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤121例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析121例经腹腔镜手术治疗的良性卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料,并与106例经开腹手术治疗的患者资料进行对比。结果腹腔镜手术与开腹手术相比较,两组手术时间、住院费用差异无显著性（P〉0．05）,腹腔镜手术组术中出血量、术后病率、术后镇痛药使用均少于开腹手术组,术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均短于开腹手术,差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤具有创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点;具有较好的临床应用价值。

Clinical analysis of 121 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor treated by laparoscopy
