肾虚矮小症雄性大鼠骨代谢异常及艾灸和运动综合方案干预的研究

目的:从骨细胞形态学和骨细胞生长发育的微环境,探讨观察艾灸和运动综合方案防治雄鼠肾虚矮小症的机制.方法:30只肾虚矮小症雄鼠随机分为模型组、模型+艾灸运动综合组、模型+右归丸组,每组10只,另取10只正常雄鼠作对照.造模和干预同时进行,共21 d.结果:在肾虚矮小症造模同时予运动和艾灸综合干预,大鼠成骨细胞增多活跃,骨小梁厚度增加,血清T水平显著提升,血清钙、磷表达趋于正常.此外,该综合方案在改善睾丸酮、股骨长及提高血清磷多项指标上优于中药右归丸的干预治疗.结论:艾灸和运动综合方案可较好地改善骨的细胞形态学,从而改善和促进肾虚矮小症雄鼠的生长发育.这种功效似与调整血清睾丸酮、雌二醇、血清钙、磷等优化骨生长的微环境有关.
