放疗联用复方丹参饮与联用唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疗效比较

目的比较放疗联用复方丹参饮与联用唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床效果。方法 68例骨转移癌患者随机分为放疗联用复方丹参饮组和联用唑来膦酸组并进行相应治疗,观察2组止痛效果、起效和维持时间及不良反应等临床指标。结果复方丹参饮组治疗骨转移癌止痛有效率76%,起效时间(6.24±0.76)d,有效持续时间(168.0±5.6)d;唑来膦酸组分别为85%,(4.88±0.52)d和(151.0±3.8)d;2组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。与唑来磷酸组比较,复方丹参饮组患者不良反应低,2,3 a生存率高,2组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论放疗联用复方丹参饮治疗后骨转移癌患者生存质量和时间均提高,值得临床推广。

Comparison on curative effect radiotherapy combined zoledronic acid and complex prescription of Danshen decoction in bone metastatic carcinoma

Objective It is to compare the effect of radiotherapy combined complex prescription of Danshen decoction and radiotherapy combined with zoledronic to treat bone metastases was evaluated.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into 2 goups.Group A were treated with low fractional radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid.Group B were treated with low fractional radiotherapy combined with complex prescription of Danshen decoction.The effect of analgesia,?time of onset and maintenance,side effect were observed.Results The total effect rate was 85%,onset time was(4.88±0.52) days,maintenance time was(151.0±3.8) days in Group A;and they were 76%,(6.24±0.76) days and(168.0±5.6) days respectively in Group B.There was significant difference between both groups.Compared with Group,the side effect rate was descended and survival rate was increased.Conclusion The treatment by low fractional radiotherapy combined with complex prescription of Danshen decoction can increase life quality and time of patients with bone metastatic carcinoma.
