天然药物及其活性成分保护内皮祖细胞机制的研究进展

摘    要:血管内皮的完整性对预防心血管疾病的发生至关重要。正常内皮功能的维持不仅依赖于现有的内皮细胞,也依赖于内皮祖细胞的募集。内皮祖细胞有望成为心血管疾病治疗的新靶点。天然药物及其活性成分已广泛用于治疗心血管疾病,它们对内皮祖细胞的作用已有报道,本文对近年来天然药物保护内皮祖细胞的作用机制进行综述。

Abstract:The integrity and function of the endothelium played a key role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). The maintenance of normal endothelial function not only depended on pre-existing endothelial cells, but also included the recruitment of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC), and EPC might serve as a therapeutic target of CVDs. Application of natural medicines and their active compounds in the treatment of CVDs, and their effects on EPC had been reported previously. The mechanisms underlying the protection of natural medicines and their active compounds on endothelial progenitor cells were summarized in this paper.
