摘    要:目的:优选乳核分散片水提液纯化的最佳工艺条件。方法:以橙皮苷、芍药苷的含量为评价指标,将醇沉法与ZTC1+1澄清剂吸附法进行比较,优选最佳纯化工艺条件。结果:最佳纯化工艺为醇沉,具体方法为:水提液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,含醇量为80%,静置12h。结论:乳核分散片的纯化工艺醇沉法优于ZTC1+1澄清剂吸附法。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the purification process of Ruhe dispersible tablets. Methods:With the ingredients of hesperidin , paeoniflorin as the evaluation index, ethanol precipiaton methods were compared with ZTC1 + 1 clarificant agents, to choose the optimize purification process. Results:The optimum process conditions were alcohol precipitation, The specific method was the relative density of the water to be condensed to 1.20,adding ethanol to 70 % of ethanol concentration and depositing 12 hours. Conclusion: Ethanol precipiaton methods were better than ZTC1 + 1 clarificant agents for Ruhe dispersible tablets.
