急性有机磷农药中毒的救治探讨

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的治疗方法及临床意义。方法对近10年来本院收治的急性有机磷农药中毒486例患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者通过抢救治疗,治愈464例,死亡22例,治愈率95.47%,病死率4.53%。结论正确应用有机磷农药特效解毒剂是抢救成功的根本保证,应以使用胆碱酯酶复能剂为主,以M受体拮抗剂阿托品或东茛菪碱为辅。强调应动态观察,个体化用药,同时要重视洗胃,加速毒物排泄等一般解毒措施和积极防止并发症。

The Remedy and Investigate of Actue Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective To study the treatment and clinical meaning of the acute organophosphorus pesticidepoisoning.Methods Aretrospectjve analysis was made for 486 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,who were admitted and received emergency treatment at our hospital in the past 10 years.Results This group of patients who we have taken emergency treatment.We have cared 464,the rate of cure 95,47 percent 22 of them died,the rate of death 4.53 percent.Conclusions It’s an essential guarantee to use organophosphorus pesticide special efficacy detoxify dose correctly for the successful rescue.We should mainly use cholinesterase revivify dose.It’s supplementary to use M—cholinoceptor blocking drugs atropine or scopolamine.It’s important to develop the observation and give individual attention to the use of medicine.At the same time,we should pay attention to cure of stomach to speed up poison excrete.We should take the normal detoxifing measure to prevent complication actively.
