益气活血方联合华蟾素注射液对晚期肝癌患者生活质量的影响

在目的：研究益气活血方联合华蟾素注射液对晚期肝癌患者生活质量的影响。方法68例晚期肝癌患者随机分为两组。两组均给予一般对症、护肝治疗；治疗组加口服益气活血方150ml，2次／d；华蟾素注射液20ml，静脉滴注，1次／d。2个月为1个疗程，记录治疗前后两组患者的肿瘤直径、远处转移、行为状态评分（采用Kamofsky评分标准）及生存时间。结果治疗组2个月后肿瘤直径较治疗前无明显变化（P〉0．05）。对照组2个月后肿瘤直径明显增大（P〈0．05）；远处转移例数对照组明显多于治疗组（P〈0．05）；治疗组行为状态评分较用药前明显增高（P〈0．05），对照组明显下降（P〈0．05）；患者生存时间治疗组较对照组明显延长（P〈0．05）。结论益气活血方联合华蟾素注射液能提高晚期肝癌患者的生活质量。

Effect of Yiqihuoxie Recipe Combined with Huachansu Injection on Quality of Life in Advancde Hepatic Patients

Objective To study the effect of Yiqihuoxie Recipe and Huachansu Injection on quafity oflife in advanced hepatic cancer patients. Methods 68 patients with advanced hepatic cancer were divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated with routine therapy. The treatment group had been treated with Yiqihuoxie Recipe and Huachansu Injection for two months. Tumor diameters, distant metastases, behavior scales（evaluated by Karnofsky scale） and survival time （before and after the treatment） were observed. Results There was no significant difference in tumor diameters of treatment group after two months（P〉0.05）, while the tumor diameter enlarged obviously in the control group （P〈0.05）. The cases complicated with distant metastases in the control group were more than that in the treatment group （P〈0.05 respectively ）. The behavior scales of the treatment group ascended（P〈0.05） and survival time was obviously prolonged （P〈0.05）compared to that of the control group in which the behavior scales descended significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqihuoxie Recipe combined with Huachansu Injection could improve the quality oflife in advanced hepatic cancer patients.
