运周推腹法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效观察

目的] 观察运周推腹治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法] 将90 例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例，治疗组使用运周推腹治疗，对照组使用电针治疗，治疗2 个疗程后，对比两组患者的体质量、体重指数、腰臀比值、腹部皮下脂肪厚度，并作疗效评价。结果] 运周推腹组的总有效率为91.11%，电针组的总有效率为86.67%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组患者体质量、腰围、临床症状、体征等指标变化比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组疗效相当。结论] 运周推腹治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Yun Zhou abdominal massage in treating simple obesity

Objective] To observe the effect of Yun Zhou abdominal massage on simple obesity. Methods] The 90 patients suffered from simple obesity were divided randomly into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by Yun Zhou abdominal massage, while electro-acupuncture therapy was given to the patients in the control group. The data of patients''weight, body mass index, waist to hip ratio and skin-fold thickness of belly were compared between these two groups after 2 courses of therapy to evaluate the effect. Results] The total effective rate was 91.11%in therapy group and 86.67%in control group without statistic difference (P>0.05). Comparison of the patients''weight, waist circumference, clinical symptoms, signs and so on, there were no statistic difference between two groups after treatment, and the curative effects between two groups were equivalence. Conclusion] It has certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of simple obesity with Yun Zhou abdominal massage.
